What is the first step?

The first step is a short free initial consultation. This is where we learn about your needs as the homeowner, your home, your networking setup, and whether our service can provide value to you.

When do I pay the $595 fee?

Accepted Answer

You pay the $595 assessment fee only after the free initial consultation, once we confirm the home is a fit. It covers the assessment, report, and recommendation.

Is the goal really one visit to the house?

When the home, timing, and scope align, the goal is to move from assessment through remediation, efficacy testing, and training as efficiently as possible. If a house requires a slower or more staged approach, expectations are set clearly around that.

How do you choose the right package?

Accepted Answer

We determine the package during the assessment. We look at the size and layout of the home, how many WiFi transmitters cover the bedrooms, the networking layout, and the homeowner's goals. We use our best efforts to implement the least expensive package that still meets the homeowner's needs and our EMF shielding standards. Homes above 12,000 square feet are priced on a to-be-determined basis.

What is included in the remediation package?

The remediation package includes a dedicated mini-computer custom programmed for the house, one or more Matter-compliant UL-certified smart plugs for the networking equipment being controlled, and an EMF Shield customized Home Assistant app (Apple and/or Android).

What is the difference between WiFi transmitters and WiFi receivers?

WiFi transmitters broadcast signal, such as routers, mesh satellites, access points, and extenders. WiFi receivers connect to that signal, such as phones, TVs, laptops, printers, and tablets. The devices we usually control at night are the transmitters.

Can I skip the call and book directly?

Sometimes. For homeowners who already know they are serious and can provide detailed intake information, we may approve a faster path. Even then, we still review fit before confirming the in-home visit.
